Exceeded my expectations, staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is 1 min from the beach. A little far from the famous walking street but it suited me very well. Many restaurants and shops around you will find everything you need. 7 eleven supermarket right next to the hotel. The room comfortably sized, the bed and pillows were comfortable. A well sized balcony. Great water pressure for hot and cool water. 4 water bottles daily. Very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the AC, they immediately sent a technician, the issue wasn't solved and it was 12 am so they offered a different room to stay the night and move our things to the new room in the morning. They sent us a fruit plate and a letter to apologize for the AC issue. We asked for late checkout and the answer was immediately yes. Great value for money Highly recommend

Staff were excellent, room was clean, good housekeeping. The room that I checked-in was okay but the AC was not cool enough. Later when I informed the reception, they sent a guy and he said the room will be cool soon, but it didn't. Later I went to the reception and they offered me another room in the round floor, but I did not accept that. Then they offered me a room and mentioned they will put two beds together and my wife and I both got upset. However, the Diane handled the situation really well and we were then offered an upgraded room, which was good and the AC was running really well. Self Laundry facility was excellent.

We had an aweful experience with other hotel with lizards all over the place and had to book Holiday Inn Express laat minute and didn't regret at all as there were no lizards or other tropical animals around. The stuff is super professional and nice. The pool is very very nice and clean. Breakfast - also very nice. 3 minutes walk feom Pating beach but we were mainly going by taxi to Kata beach - not that far. Supermarket, pharmacy and souvenir shopa right next to it. SPA IS A MUST! Extremely clean and professional. There's a really good cafe and salon on ground floor.

A very lively place with lots happening in and around this hotel. A very convienent, heart of the city located family hotel with outstanding service by staff. Staff are very courteous and polite.

The room was located in a separate block with a sliding door onto the back yard where two chairs and a table were located.
